This policy explains, in plain language, how Redd.Ninja (the "Service") handles information when you use the product. The operator runs the Service (we'll say "we" / "us"). We're privacy-focused: we keep things minimal, transparent, and practical—the sections below spell that out.
Data minimization. We aim to collect and retain only what we need to operate the Service, secure it, and support you. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your panel data to run third-party advertising or to build unrelated commercial profiles about you.
How we access your information. Your data isn't there for us to browse. We look at what's needed to keep the Service running smoothly, fix problems, answer your support messages, keep systems secure, and maintain backups—nothing more than a normal, careful operator would do. In the uncommon case that applicable law clearly requires us to retain or share specific information, we handle that narrowly and carefully.
Account data: such as email address and password (stored using secure hashing; we do not store your password in plain text). Accounts are created through operator-controlled flows (for example admin provisioning), not open public signup unless we explicitly enable it.
Usage and technical data: such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security-related logs. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service (including rate limiting and abuse prevention).
Content you submit: for example subreddit names, post titles, images, proxy or automation configuration fields, and similar data needed to run features you choose to use. Some of this may be passed to integrated third-party automation or hosting providers strictly to perform the actions you request.
We use information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We use what you submit to run the features you choose — not to repurpose it for unrelated products or marketing lists.
The web application sets an HTTP-only session cookie so you stay signed in; it is not readable by page scripts. You can end the session by signing out or clearing site data in your browser.
We rely on infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, databases, automation platforms, and optional AI APIs) to run the Service. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the features you use and are expected to handle data under their own policies and agreements.
We keep information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if we need it to run the business safely and meet basic legal or bookkeeping duties. You may request deletion where the law in your region gives you that right—contact us via the Telegram link on the sign-in page.
We use sensible technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Like any online service, risk can never be zero—we take protection seriously and improve it over time.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, or to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via Telegram. We will respond in line with applicable law.
If you access the Service from outside the country where our systems operate, your information may be transferred across borders. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
The Service is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
