These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Redd.Ninja (the "Service") — a web-based control panel for scheduling and managing Reddit-related automation workflows (for example via connected third-party device automation). Accounts are issued at the operator's discretion (invitation or admin provisioning); there is no guaranteed public self-registration. By using the Service with credentials provided to you, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Redd.Ninja is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. or its brands. "Reddit" is a trademark of Reddit, Inc. You are responsible for your own use of Reddit's services and for complying with Reddit's terms, policies, and applicable laws. We do not operate Reddit and we do not control how third-party platforms enforce their rules.
The Service provides account management, job scheduling, status tracking, and related tools for operators who use supported automation integrations. The Service may depend on third-party APIs, cloud devices, and networks; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Redd.Ninja is built with a privacy-focused mindset: we collect and keep only what we need to run the product, we never sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for ads or unrelated profiling. Access on our side is for running and securing the Service and helping you when you reach out—not for snooping. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable law. Without limitation, you agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken or the Service is being misused in a serious way.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. For account access issues (for example, if you cannot sign in), contact support using the Telegram link shown on the sign-in page (Telegram).
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
Cloud credits are generally non-refundable. Automation involves real cloud infrastructure and individual post outcomes are not guaranteed — an 80–90% success rate is communicated and accepted upon purchase. In exceptional cases, partial cloud credit compensation may be considered at our sole discretion and only upon prior agreement via direct communication with us.
In the event of a verified platform-wide outage caused solely by Redd.Ninja infrastructure rendering the service completely inaccessible, affected users may be eligible for an access extension at our discretion. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
All compensation requests must be submitted via Telegram within 48 hours and are evaluated case-by-case.
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example automation platforms, hosting, or AI APIs). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures, rate limits, or policy changes.
The Service, its branding, and its software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms. You may not copy, rent, sell, or publicly display the Service except as allowed by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law allows, implied warranties (such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed to the extent permitted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
